On October 22, information from the People's Committee and the Party Committee of Cam Duong Ward, from mid to the end of October 2025, the entire political system of the ward including the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward have moved to work at the old headquarters of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee, located on Phung Chi Kien Street.
According to Decision No. 1268-QD/TU of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee and Conclusion No. 81-KL/dyU of the Standing Committee of the Cam Duong Ward Party Committee, the Ward Party Committee began working at the new location from October 16.
Then, from October 27, the People's Council, People's Committee and affiliated specialized agencies will also officially move here.
The new headquarters was moved from the administrative housing area of the old Provincial Party Committee, with a large space, spacious infrastructure with many offices, separate citizen reception areas and convenient parking lots.
The Public Administration Service Center is located on the first floor, which is the only place to receive and handle administrative procedures. According to local people, Cam Duong ward currently has the largest headquarters in Lao Cai province.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dung, a resident of Cam Duong ward - said: "The new headquarters is located right on a large, easy-to-find, spacious road, with parking space and dedicated tour guides. Now, people working as paperwork is much less difficult.
Sharing the same feeling, Ms. Tran Thi Hoa said: "Cam Duong ward now has the largest headquarters in Lao Cai province. The relocation of the new headquarters not only helps improve working conditions for cadres but also creates convenience in serving the people, contributing to building a strong two-level government".
