According to VOV, opening the meeting, General Secretary To Lam said that the implementation of Resolution 18 in recent times has achieved initial results.

The General Secretary emphasized that the innovation and reorganization of the political system to be streamlined, strong, effective, efficient and effective is an urgent requirement of the current practical situation.
