Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy - Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department - said that according to the approved plan, on September 24, the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense will direct the organization of the 11th Emulation Congress for the entire army at the Ministry of National Defense's hall.

Regarding the congress program, Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy said that at 7:00 a.m. on September 24, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and delegates from the entire army will visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and offer incense at the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street.
Delegates also visited exhibitions of agencies and units throughout the army.
