On the morning of July 21, 2025, in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam attended the 65th Anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Procuracy (July 26, 1960 - July 26, 2025), receiving the title of Labor Hero and the 7th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the People's Procuracy.
Also attending the ceremony were former Politburo member, former Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong; Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Minh Tri.
Also attending were members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of departments, ministries, branches, and central agencies; leaders and former leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy.

After 2 days of urgent, serious, democratic work, high responsibility, the 12th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee completed the entire proposed program and closed on the afternoon of July 19.
After the merger and establishment, the organizational system of the People's Procuracy (VKSND) has 34 Provincial and Municipal People's Procuracies and 355 Regional People's Procuracy Heads.
