Mr. Kudryashov Sergei Ivanovich affirmed his desire to promote sustainable and long-term cooperation with Vietnamese partners, and suggested that the General Secretary continue to pay attention to and create favorable conditions for Zarubezhneft to expand the scope of cooperation on the basis of harmonious interests and for the common development of the two countries.
Receiving Mr. Vladimir Yevtushenkov - founder of AFK system Public Joint Stock Company, one of the leading multi-industry private investment companies in the Russian Federation, General Secretary To Lam affirmed that Vietnam will create favorable conditions for AFK system to soon implement cooperation projects in Vietnam, especially in the fields of information technology, semiconductors, healthcare, high technology... in line with the orientation of breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.
Mr. Vladimir Yevtushenkov emphasized that AFK system identifies Vietnam as one of the company's top priority markets in the region and is ready to expand long-term investment cooperation in Vietnam.
Receiving Mr. Yuri Maximo, co-founder of Positive Technology Company, the General Secretary affirmed that he will direct the authorities to consider supporting the company in finding information and suitable partners in Vietnam.

Receiving Chairman of the Sea Council, former Secretary of the Russian Security Council Patrusev, General Secretary To Lam highly appreciated Mr. Patrusev's feelings to Vietnam. General Secretary basically agreed with the initiatives given. Emphasizing this is a good opportunity for developing cooperation in the field of marine between the two countries, the General Secretary proposed to continue discussing specific schedules, as well as signing cooperation agreements not only in the military field but comprehensive to the fields of marine economy, shipbuilding, logistics, connected to the sea transport system of the Russian Federation, scientific research, responding to non -traditional security challenges.
Mr. Patrusev said that the two countries have implemented many projects in the fields of national defense, security and health, hoping to cooperate closely in the maritime field. Mr. Patrusev suggested that Vietnam cooperate with the Coast Guard Council, contribute to maintaining maritime security and safety in the Pacific Ocean, respect international law; participate in organizing naval exercises, search and rescue, and shipbuilding.
