In the afternoon of April 15, at the Government Headquarters, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau chaired a working session with the Government Inspectorate.
Speaking at the working session, the Deputy Prime Minister clearly stated that in 2026, the Government is determined to focus on directing and operating, organizing the synchronous and effective implementation of groups of tasks and solutions on socio-economic development, especially the goal of growth of 10% or more, associated with strengthening inspection work, promoting the work of preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, negativity and effectively implementing citizen reception, complaint and denunciation resolution.
In the context that the entire sector has just carried out a widespread organizational arrangement, with many changes in organizational structure and personnel, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Inspection sector to continue to promote the position and role of the sector; strengthen solidarity, strictly implement the principle of democratic centralism; tighten discipline and order; make efforts, determination, and bravery to focus on implementing a number of key tasks.
First, regarding inspection work, according to the Deputy Prime Minister, it is necessary to implement the 2026 inspection plan correctly and fully; update and supplement new directions of the Central Government, Politburo, Secretariat, Government... in the direction of focus, efficiency, proper authority, and compliance with legal regulations.
In parallel with that, there is innovation in thinking and methods of inspection activities; improving the quality of inspection conclusions and implementation of inspection conclusions; promoting the application of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation; urgently implementing the completion of the industry's database system, interconnected with the national database; perfecting regulations, improving the quality of coordination with agencies.
In particular, soon have an overall assessment, research, and deploy the direction of the General Secretary and President on completing the arrangement of the inspection sector's apparatus in accordance with the new context.
Second, regarding citizen reception and complaint and denunciation resolution, Deputy Prime Minister Le Tien Chau requested the inspection sector to focus on completing, replicating and deploying the application of the national database software on complaints and denunciations nationwide and effectively deploying the online citizen reception model.

Third, actively deploy and complete the tasks of the Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negative Phenomena.
Fourth, continue to focus on building institutions. In 2026, the Government Inspectorate will deploy the development and submission of 6 decrees, 1 decision of the Prime Minister and 2 projects.
Regarding the promulgation of guiding documents for the Law, it is necessary to ensure the deadline for submission, and absolutely not to leave "legal gaps", the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized.
Fifth, implementing the reduction of administrative procedures and business conditions according to Conclusion No. 18 of the Party Central Committee, the Deputy Prime Minister requested the Government Inspectorate to continue to review to ensure the general objectives of the Government, in the spirit of maximum decentralization and delegation of power to localities; report to the Deputy Prime Minister before April 18 and send to the Ministry of Justice for summarization and submission to the Government before April 20.
