On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom of Cambodia (November 9, 1954 - November 9, 2025), the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam sent a congratulatory message to the Central Executive Committee of the Cambodian People's Party;
General Secretary To Lam sent a congratulatory flower basket to King Norodom Sihamoni and President of the Cambodian People's Party Samdech Techo Hun Sen;
Politburo member and President Luong Cuong sent a congratulatory letter to King Norodom Sihamoni;
Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory letter to Prime Minister Samdech Hun Manet;
Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory letter to Senate Chairman Samdech Techo Hun Sen and National Assembly Chairman Samdech Khuon Sudary;
Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu sent a congratulatory letter to Vice Chairman and Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Cambodian People's Party Samdech Say Chhum.
In congratulatory messages and letters, the Party Central Committee and key leaders of Vietnam congratulated the great achievements in the fields that the country and people of Cambodia have achieved in recent times and firmly believed that under the wise leadership of King Norodom Sihamoni, the wise leadership of the Senate, the National Assembly and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia led by the Cambodian People's Party, headed by President Hun Sen, as the core, the Cambodian people will certainly continue to achieve many new and greater achievements, successfully implement the Provolution of the Cambodian People's Party in the period of 2023-2028, building Cambodia to develop more and more, the Cambodian people have an increasingly prosperous and happy life.
Pleased with the achievements of the relationship of "good neighborliness, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, long-term sustainability" between Vietnam and Cambodia in recent times, the Vietnamese leaders affirmed that they will continue to closely coordinate with the Cambodian leaders to realize agreements between the two Parties and two countries' senior leaders, continue to preserve and foster the good traditional friendship between the two countries to increasingly develop into depth, practicality and effectiveness, for the benefit of the people of the two countries, contributing to peace, stability, cooperation, regional development as well as building a stable and prosperous ASEAN community.
On this occasion, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung sent a congratulatory letter to members of the Standing Committee, Head of the Central External Relations Commission of the Cambodian People's Party, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia Prak Sokhonn.
