Appointed Mr. Hoang Vien - Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Van Chan District Party Committee, term 2020-2025 and introduced his nomination to be elected as Chairman of the Van Chan District People's Committee, term 2021-2026.
Appointed Mr. Giang A Vu, Standing Deputy Secretary of Mu Cang Chai District Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of Tram Tau District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
Transfer and introduce Mr. Hoang Huu Do - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to run for the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Yen Bai province, term 2023-2028.
