Ho Chi Minh City Power Corporation (EVNHCMC) has just donated 200 million VND to the "Joining a Heart: For the Central region to love" Fund to support people who suffered heavy losses due to floods.
The "Joining a heart: For the beloved Central region" Fund was launched by Ho Chi Minh City Radio and Television Station (HTV) to mobilize social resources, help overcome the consequences of natural disasters, especially the program "Resurrection of schools in flooded areas" to repair facilities, support learning equipment and stabilize the lives of teachers and students in affected areas.
Since the beginning of November 2025, responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and press agencies, many units and enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City have actively contributed to support people in flooded areas. The movement of "a city of love - towards the Central region" has spread strongly, showing the typical sense of community responsibility of the people and business forces of Ho Chi Minh City. Not stopping at that call, EVNHCMC has proactively implemented many practical support activities.

In parallel with the 200 million VND donated to the Fund "Joining a heart: For the Central region of love", EVNHCMC also launched a movement to support people affected by floods among all employees of the Corporation.
At the recently held General Corporation's Trade Union Congress, delegates directly donated to support people affected by floods. Immediately afterwards, grassroots trade unions under EVNHCMC Trade Union also organized campaigns at the unit, many places implemented right at the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the week, creating a widespread campaign, demonstrating the sense of responsibility and affection of the Ho Chi Minh City electricity industry's workers.
Previously, in November 2025, EVNHCMC also donated 300 million VND through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to support people in flooded areas. These consecutive activities show the persistent cooperation of the Ho Chi Minh City electricity industry with the community, especially when natural disasters seriously affect the lives of people in the Central region.

The "Joining a Heart: For the Central region to Love" Fund continues to receive contributions from the community until December 15, 2025. Every support, no matter how small, is a brick that contributes to reviving schools, rebuilding livelihoods and bringing new hope to people in flooded areas.
EVNHCMC hopes that this cooperation will continue to spread, so that many businesses, organizations and individuals can continue, together towards the Central region with heart, responsibility and action, helping people soon stabilize their lives, overcome difficulties and firmly continue to move forward.
