The supervisory delegation of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee's Inspection Committee (UBKT) in coordination with the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Party Committee's Inspection Committee and the TKV Military Command recently had a working session at Ha Tu Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin (Ha Tu Coal Company) to assess the leadership and direction of the unit's implementation of national defense and military tasks.
The supervisory delegation focused on inspecting the thorough grasp and implementation of Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU dated November 27, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on leading national defense, local military affairs and border guard work in the period 2025-2030; and at the same time assessed the implementation of the plan of the Standing Committee of Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee on implementing the resolution.
Through supervision, the working delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and direction of the Party Committee of Ha Tu Coal Company in performing national defense and military tasks. The Party Committee of the Company has synchronously deployed local military and defense tasks; maintained the order of managing citizens of military service age; built self-defense forces and reserve mobilization forces in accordance with regulations.
Training work is organized closely and closely to reality; combat readiness plans and plans are maintained seriously. The Company pays attention to effectively implementing national defense and security education; investing in equipment and learning models to serve training; fully implementing regimes and policies for self-defense forces.
In addition, the Company effectively coordinates with military forces and local police in ensuring security, order, disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, contributing to maintaining security and safety to serve production and business activities.
The supervisory delegation also exchanged, guided and requested the Company's Party Committee to continue to promote the achieved results, further improve the quality of leadership and direction in implementing national defense and military tasks, building a strong self-defense force, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety and ensuring the production activities of the unit are safe, stable, and effective.
