Thousands of officials and employees (CBNV) participate in a running activity towards ROXMei 30 - one of the cultural touch points of the year to connect and look back at the Group's development journey.

From Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City to the provinces and cities where ROX is present, whether working, on business trips or participating in teambuilding abroad, ROX people still persistently add each kilometer each day. In less than a month, although the target is only 30,000 km, the distance of more than 42,000km, equivalent to more than a round of the earth, has been conquered, creating an energetic "collective running track" towards the milestone of 30 years of Building - Reaching Away.
What moves me even more is how everyone creates that journey with perseverance, team spirit and energy continuing after each working day," shared Ms. Ha Thu, an employee of ROX Group.
In addition to the connected runs, many personnel choose to start the new day by welcoming the sunrise with ROX. Some people wake up early in Hanoi - Dai Tu Industrial Park to record the moment the first rays of sunlight spread on the road surface still with mist. There are groups of personnel together watching the sunrise during a teambuilding trip at sea. And there are also engineers who are used to watching the sunrise in the fields of batteries stretching to the horizon.

Every morning, looking at the sun shining on the solar panels, I know that today the factory will have good capacity," shared Mr. Nguyen Viet Chuan, an operating engineer.
He recounted the shifts after heavy rain, the times the whole team checked the system overnight so that the factory would still operate according to procedures the next morning. The work is not flashy, but in that sunny and windy land, people clearly feel the "benefit" meaning of what they are doing.
The spirit towards the 30-year milestone is also spreading strongly in the operating and business cycle of the entire system. On many construction sites, lights are still on all night to keep up with the progress of key projects... Amidst that cycle are meetings that last until late at night, technical - operation staff are always ready to be present to solve problems for residents of urban areas or engineers are still clinging to the construction site when the city has lit up...
The atmosphere towards ROXMei 30 is therefore not only present in collective activities, but also spreads in the energetic working rhythm of ROX people every day.
