On December 29, 2025, at the Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi), in the presence of more than 600 guests, leaders of ministries and sectors such as the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; leaders of VCCI, the Elderly Association; leaders of provinces and cities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Ninh Binh, Tay Ninh, Ca Mau...; along with leading scientists; representatives of research institutes and universities such as VNU Hanoi, VNU Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho University; and large domestic and international corporations such as Vietnam Development Bank, VNPT, Shrimpl (Singapore), AICELLO (Taiwan)... CT Group officially announced the simultaneous investment in two key projects: ASEAN's largest UAV complex and ASEAN's largest Low-Level Space Economic Center.
Unlike all other countries' Announcement Ceremonies, CT Group approaches with a new perspective to answer the question "What scientific basis for a Vietnamese Group to invest in 2 major technology projects in the world?". This is not only a frank and difficult question for CT Group but also a strategic solution for other Groups advancing according to Resolution 57-NQ/TW. Not everyone understands the philosophy of this special event. So how has CT Group responded?
First, grasping all core technologies in the UAV industry, CT Group with its member company being CT UAV has achieved an average localization rate of 87.5% on 6 core technology groups in the UAV industry: Electronics - Microchips, Al Technology, Control & Autonomy; Composite Materials, Battery Technology; Security & Telecommunications. Among them, the two most important technology groups, Electronics - Microchips and AI & Software, both achieved 95% autonomy.
Second, not only stopping at mastering core technologies, to be able to compete, survive, and develop, Vietnam Group must have strong creativity to maintain - the ability to continuously develop outstanding new technologies, only needing 1 year of slowness in R&D to be eliminated from the game. At the event, UAV Corporation revealed 3 revolutionary technologies developed by UAV Corporation itself, 3 technologies that can shock the world, which are "magic broom - any propeller can fly" technology with super-level self-programming capabilities, UAVs can fly stably immediately with 4 completely different propellers while conventional UAVs have to have all 4 propellers the same and must be adjusted very accurately; Multi-level safety technology allows UAVs to maintain control and safe landing capabilities even when one propeller encounters an incident; Automatic firefighting technology using a monolithic UAV herd. These are super-level technologies, far exceeding the current market standards. Especially mastering the power of UAVs is very important.
Third, in an uncertain world today, the Group must have high adaptability and flexibility, creating many high competitive advantages compared to businesses in the same industry in the world.
Fourth, CT Group has experience in manufacturing and operating on a large scale, with a chain of 5 modern UAV manufacturing plants being operated (on DT743 Avenue, near VNU-HCM) and to continue to meet the large demand of the domestic and international markets, CT Group officially decided to expand production and investment in the largest UAV complex in ASEAN with a total expected investment of 2 billion USD in 10 years.

The largest UAV complex in ASEAN is a technology city with a chain of UAV component manufacturing plants, research institutes, training and testing airports, universities, innovation centers... and an ecosystem attracting talent: international schools, hospitals, commercial centers, urban areas for experts, engineers, workers... More importantly, this will be a city to test the border space economy with more than 600 high-tech products and services.
Fifth, is the support of the Party and State through the commitment of Tay Ninh province to create all favorable conditions for CT Group to soon deploy. “The UAV complex is not just a simple investment project, but a strategic high-tech complex, in line with the province's high-tech industrial development orientation and the Central Government's policy on developing strategic technology industries, associated with economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the new situation,” Mr. Doan Trung Kien - Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee emphasized.

CT Group announces investment in the largest Border Space Economic Center of ASEAN (LAE 1) with a capital scale of 6,000 billion VND, located in Truong Chinh - Cong Hoa, near Terminal T3 (Tan Son Nhat Airport) and Metro Station No. 2. As the "father" of Vietnam's Border Space Economic Doctrine, CT Group is a rare unit that owns a full set of LAE technology and UAV core technology from doctrine to actual products.
LAE 1 will be a strategic driving force to help Vietnam attract global talent and export technology to the world. The core is the Global Command Center connecting and centrally operating UTM and Digital Twin digital infrastructure; a complex of laboratories, material research and prototype factories. This is the foundation for innovation and technology commercialization, serving 600 applications/services in more than 20 industries and 93 sub-industries.

Sixth, regarding quality standards, the Group has an international quality standard system, Switzerland has helped CT Group's units tighten the quality management system according to aerospace standards, applying AS9100D and ISO9001 for the entire operating system from headquarters, factory chain, research center to production process.
Seventh, CT Group currently owns a wide customer portfolio, present in many major domestic and foreign markets, has deployed and provided products and services to many localities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Tay Ninh, Ninh Binh... and continues to expand throughout 34 provinces and cities of Vietnam. In 2025, CT Group entered the world with a order to export 5,000 UAVs to Korea and strategic cooperation to develop LAE with the Indonesian government... At the same time, CT Group is advancing deeply into the US, Singapore, and Middle East markets and expanding to more than 100 other countries.
And the proof is that at the announcement ceremony, CT Group signed strategic cooperation agreements with more than 20 major partners who are leading Vietnamese corporations such as VNPT, provinces and cities such as Tay Ninh, Ca Mau, Ninh Binh... universities such as the Institute of Quantum Technology, High-Tech Park and Innovation... and large companies and distributors from Indonesia.
Answering Bloomberg, Mr. Tran Kim Chung - Chairman of CT Group said: "When we have proven our capacity to expand production and business with a system of 5 factories and mastering all core technologies and advanced technologies along with a unique technology ecosystem and CT Group culture and the commitment of many large customers, we boldly decided to invest in this project. Partners understand that we are serious, steadfast and patient businesses to pursue and fulfill long-term commitments.
CT Group is strongly proving to the world that Vietnam has a complete scientific basis to reach new heights in leading technologies such as UAVs and LAE.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
