Accordingly, visitors to Yang Bay on the occasion of October 20 will experience the “Food Festival – Delicious dishes from ostrich meat”. This is the first time the ostrich meat food festival has been held in the Yang Bay mountain forest.
According to the organizers, the event aims to bring visitors a unique experience with a product made from a giant bird - ostrich. On this occasion, 15 teams from Khanh Viet Corporation and other companies will gather at Yang Bay to show off their skills in preparing new dishes from ostrich meat.
Along with that, the techniques of making ostrich products will also be displayed and demonstrated so that visitors can better understand the process of creating ostrich souvenirs, ostrich fashion products, etc.
Watching and trying ostrich dishes, participating in a cooking contest (if you want) are the three main experiences that Yang Bay Ecotourism Park offers visitors on the occasion of October 20 this year. A stall preparing grilled ostrich dishes is also open to give visitors free meals.
