Ms. Do Minh Anh - a customer who came to buy silver at a gold and silver shop on Tran Nhan Tong Street (Hanoi) - said: "Last month, people had to queue up to buy silver. However, currently, the store is selling unlimitedly and transactions are also fast. I just bought 1 kg of silver".

Ms. Minh Anh added that with the amount of silver she had just bought, the store would have to wait until March 17, 2026 to return the goods.

"The staff here also informed that if customers want to sell while waiting to receive the silver, they will have to sell all the silver they have bought on the invoice, not separately" - Ms. Minh Anh said.

Meanwhile, Mr. Bui Van Thach (Bach Mai ward, Hanoi) chose to buy silver because gold has been very difficult to buy recently.

"I used to buy gold to save money, but now it is too difficult to buy, so I have switched to silver" - he said.

Mr. Thach added that the store announced that due to the large number of orders, the silver payment time will be slower than usual.

"Because buying silver as an asset for storage, I don't necessarily have to receive the goods immediately, I just need to keep the invoice. I have paid the entire order value and the store has scheduled me until March 17, 2026 to come get the silver" - Mr. Thach said.
