On October 31, the Hanoi People's Committee issued document No. 5865/UBND-NC on not organizing fireworks displays after the end of the liveconcert program "30-year Dan Truong - The mark of youth".
Accordingly, after considering the proposal of the Department of Culture and Sports in document No. 4902/SVHTT-QLVH dated October 28 on organizing fireworks and stage fireworks and ending the live concert program "Dan Truong 30 years - Impressions of youth" on the evening of November 1, the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee directed as follows:
At present, the Central provinces are being heavily affected by a prolonged flood, causing serious damage to people, property and infrastructure. In the spirit of sharing and accompanying people in disaster areas, the City People's Committee proposed not to organize fireworks displays after the end of the liveconcert program "30 years of Dan Truong - Impressions of youth" as proposed by the Department of Culture and Sports in document No. 4902/SVHTT-QLVH dated October 28, 2025.
On the same day, the Hanoi People's Committee also sent an official dispatch requesting the Organizing Committee of the Autumn Fair to stop organizing fireworks displays on the evening of November 4 at the Closing Ceremony to share and accompany the people of the Central region who were heavily affected by floods.
