Through important competitions including bikini, evening gown and national costume, Mai Ngo showed careful preparation and stable performance. Compared to previous times participating in beauty pageants, the Vietnamese representative showed a more mature image, while also leaving her mark with a confident demeanor on stage.
In the bikini competition, Mai Ngo attracted attention for her comfort in performing and the ability to control the catwalk. Her toned body and decisive demeanor helped her create a certain highlight. However, compared to contestants with standard Miss body, Mai Ngo still has limitations in body shape and height - factors that can affect the final assessment.

In the evening gown competition, Mai Ngo maintained stability with a solid walk and a relatively smooth way of handling costumes. She aims for a gentle style, avoiding abusing movements to create highlights. However, due to choosing a safe style, her performance was commented to not be really explosive compared to some opponents with strong catwalk skills.
In national costumes, Mai Ngo performed the play "The Golden seal of the Flower" inspired by Queen Nam Phuong. The cultural image helps her stand out visually. However, this is a competition that does not affect the final score much, mainly to introduce the identity of each country.
On social networks, Mai Ngo's performance received mixed opinions. A part of the audience highly appreciated his confidence, stage experience and the ability to interact with the camera. On the contrary, some opinions said that her major limitation was that her behavior was not really sharp, her body was not in the outstanding group and her age was somewhat "channel" compared to the young contestants at Miss Charm this year.
Before the final, many beauty sites made different predictions about Mai Ngo's ability to penetrate deep. Some unofficial charts recommend that she can be in the Top 5 or Top 4 thanks to her stable performance and media influence. However, her promotion is still largely dependent on the behavioral round and the performance skills in the decisive night.
