Ha Long Concert 2025 is a special art program organized by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, celebrating the 62nd anniversary of the province's founding (October 30, 1963 - October 30, 2025) and stimulating tourism.

The program is completely free. Tickets are issued in the form of invitation tickets and registered online via the official link www.dangkyve.com managed by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

However, some subjects have used many citizen identification cards to register to receive tickets online, then advertised and sold QR codes for invitations on social networks for the purpose of profiteering, affecting security, order and reputation of the locality.
Through the work of grasping the situation, on October 23, the Internal Political Security Department, Quang Ninh Provincial Police discovered and summoned L.K.L (born in 2007, residing in Binh Khe Ward, Quang Ninh Province) for using 2 Facebook accounts to sell tickets for "Ha Long Concert 2025" for 900,000 VND/ticket.
Currently, the authorities are continuing to verify and handle the case according to regulations.
