Ho Chi Minh City - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism trains legal knowledge to provide legal support to businesses operating in this field.

On December 5, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a Dialogue Conference with businesses, training and fostering legal knowledge to provide legal support for businesses operating in the field under the State management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Mr. Pham Cao Thai - Director of the Legal Department, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - said that due to changes and rearrangements in the organization of the apparatus, implementing the two-level local government model, the law has changes to suit the new context and situation with the spirit of cutting and simplifying administrative procedures to support businesses and people better and better.

The fields of Culture, Sports and Tourism have many industries serving and affecting social life. Therefore, timely dissemination of new legal regulations in the fields of Culture, Sports and Tourism will help businesses in this field clearly understand legal regulations for smooth operation.

Mr. Thai also suggested that businesses proactively reflect (if any) problems when implementing legal regulations in the fields of Culture, Sports and Tourism to serve as a basis for competent authorities to promptly amend and supplement.

At the conference, delegates listened to Mr. Pham Cao Thai introduce new regulations related to production and business activities of enterprises in the fields under the State management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

The conference also exchanged, discussed and answered legal difficulties for businesses.
