According to Mr. Nguyen Qui Quy - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang City, labor export is becoming a long-term policy to help reduce poverty sustainably. The Department also signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation with Nagasaki Prefecture (Japan) on human resources, from livestock farming, healthcare, organic agriculture to tourism. Mr. Ishida Tomohisa - General Director of Nagasaki Provincial Policy - said that the number of Vietnamese workers is increasing and Nagasaki is always ready to support Da Nang.
