Including 9 types of fees and 5 types of charges. Specifically, 9 types of fees such as: Admission fee, recognition of mother trees, head trees, forestry seedling gardens, seedlings. Environmental impact assessment report appraisal fee. Environmental renovation and restoration plan appraisal fee. Project appraisal fee, exploration and assessment report on reserves, underground water exploitation and use. Project appraisal fee for groundwater and seawater exploitation and use. Environmental permit appraisal fee for issuance, re-issuance, and adjustment of issuance. Dossier appraisal fee, conditions for underground water drilling practice. Environmental protection fee for mineral exploitation. Appraisal fee for issuance of Certificates of eligibility for business activities of sports facilities and professional sports clubs.
And 5 types of fees include: Civil Status Fee. Fee for issuing (issuing, re-issuing, renewing) labor permits for foreigners working in Vietnam; Fee for issuing certificates of land use rights, ownership of houses, assets attached to land; Fee for issuing construction permits and Business Registration Fee.
