Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan has just directed departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to review and overcome bottlenecks in the provision and implementation of online public services, aiming to complete digital indicators in 2025.
According to the report for the third quarter of 2025, departments, branches and localities in the province have stepped up the digitalization of administrative records.
The rate of file digitalization reached 65.79%, data was cleaned and reused between agencies through connection with the Personal and Organizational Data Management warehouse on the National Public Service Portal.
In total, in the third quarter, the People's Committees at the provincial and commune levels received 191,957 records, resolved and returned the results of 147,818 records, of which 137,884 records were resolved on time.
The rate of on-duty records of provincial-level professional agencies reached 90.5%, while the commune-level People's Committee reached 95.5%.
The head of Khanh Hoa province requested agencies and units to ensure the reception, processing and return of results in accordance with procedures, on time and in accordance with regulations.
At the same time, improve the quality of providing comprehensive online public services, develop new data-based and personalized digital services for people and businesses.
Units must regularly review and update the list of administrative procedures eligible to provide full online public services, publicly on the National Public Service Portal, and advise the Provincial People's Committee to announce and expand the service list according to regulations.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors and localities to review and overcome technical bottlenecks in digital infrastructure; ensure information security and synchronous connection between systems.
The goal is to form a common, unified, and effectively reusable data source, serving the reduction and simplification of administrative procedures, meeting the requirements of digital transformation according to Plan No. 02-KH/BCDTW dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee and the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister.
The province also requires the implementation of the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system architecture in the direction of inheriting and developing centralized digital platforms, connecting with national databases, specialized databases, in accordance with local realities.
