    Quang Tri - 3 boys in Quang Trach commune were swept away by water while passing through the spillway, 2 were saved, 1 is still missing.

    On the evening of October 31, the People's Committee of Quang Trach commune (Quang Tri province) announced that a child in the area had just been swept away by water and gone missing.

    At around 2:30 p.m. the same day, 3 children in the area passed through the spillway and were suddenly swept away by the water. The two students were lucky to be saved, the other was swept away and went missing.

    After receiving the news, local authorities and people mobilized forces and means to organize the search.

    By the evening of the same day, the search was still being urgently deployed, however, due to the darkness, the search encountered many difficulties.
