After more than 2 months of implementation, the Da Nang City symbolic composition Contest has received positive responses from many domestic and foreign artists and authors. The Organizing Committee received 333 works from 157 domestic and international authors.
With the above number of entries, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City has transferred the entries to the Council members to carry out the preliminary selection of the works. To date, the Department has received and compiled 24 works selected by the Council members.
At this preliminary meeting, the Council members voted to select 5/24 entries. At the same time, give comments on the works for the author to edit and complete the product.
Speaking at the preliminary hearing, Vice Chairwoman of the Da Nang People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to synthesize the comments of Council members and collect public opinions through the City's Electronic Information Portal.
From there, synthesize and complete the documents before organizing the final round. Submit to the People's Committee of Da Nang City to approve the contest results, and at the same time report to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the task must be completed before December 17, 2025.
