Many real estate facilities in Thai Nguyen have been built with rental, auction, and transfer plans suitable when implementing two-level local governments.

On April 7, the Department of Finance of Thai Nguyen province reported on the situation of management, use and arrangement and exploitation of public assets in the province after implementing the two-level local government model.

Accordingly, Thai Nguyen province currently has 3,173 housing and land facilities under management. Of which, 743 facilities must be reviewed and arranged when implementing the two-level local government model.

To date, 669 facilities have been put under handling, 302 facilities have been transferred to commune and ward levels, and 195 facilities have been arranged for units to use.

Currently, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Land Fund Development Center has received 93 facilities and is developing an exploitation plan in the direction of leasing, auctioning, and transferring appropriately.

The Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee requested that all public assets after arrangement must be put into operation and use immediately, for the right purpose, promote efficiency, and prevent loss, waste, and degradation.

Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan requested departments, branches, and localities to identify the arrangement and handling of public assets as a key and urgent political task, which needs to focus on leadership and drastic direction, and organize serious implementation without delay.

Units are required to accelerate progress, complete the arrangement and handling of public assets according to the roadmap. At the same time, link the use of public assets with the development of cultural, medical, and educational institutions at the grassroots level, directly serving people's lives, creating motivation to promote socio-economic development.
