Speaking at the conference, Deputy Director of the Department of Justice Pham Thi Huong said that in 2025, the provincial Justice sector has achieved many outstanding results. Law dissemination and education has effectively contributed to the organization of law enforcement, increasingly going into depth and practicality, meeting the goal of "People know - people understand - people do the right thing in law". Focusing on applying information technology and digital transformation in law dissemination and education.

Civil status and judicial support work focuses on promoting decentralization and authorization. Completing 100% of the transfer of digitized civil status data to the National Electronic Civil Status Database. Deploying a 90-day and night peak period to clean up marriage data and deploy reducing procedures for confirming marital status in the province.
Mediation work at the grassroots level reached a rate of 82.2% (exceeding the set plan), continuing to affirm the practical effectiveness of mediation work at the grassroots level in resolving conflicts and disputes among the people, contributing to maintaining social stability from an early stage, from the grassroots level.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Standing Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong emphasized: the entire Justice sector has continued to affirm the role of the "legal gatekeeper" agency in the locality, promptly resolving and handling new issues arising; proactively identifying key tasks, focusing resources to effectively organize the implementation of assigned tasks.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the sector in the context of high pressure to complete a very large volume of work, with the quality gradually being improved, contributing to the overall political stability, social order and safety, improving the investment and business environment, serving the socio-economic development of the province.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong requested the Provincial Justice sector to continue to focus on advising on concretizing and effectively implementing the Central Resolutions on building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state; improving the quality of advising, ensuring that institutions must take the lead, paving the way for development; innovating the thinking of building laws, shifting from "legal management" to "institutional development".
Promote the inspection, review, and systematization of legal normative documents; promptly detect and propose handling of contradictory and overlapping regulations that are no longer suitable for reality. Continue to promote administrative reform and judicial reform; accelerate and implement comprehensive digital transformation in the Justice sector.
At the same time, focus on developing high-quality judicial human resources with ethics, solid political bravery, in-depth expertise, understanding of the law, and proficient in technology, especially at the grassroots level.
