The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Que Vo town regarding the inspection and handling of the content reflected by the press.
The content of the Official Letter said that Chairman of Bac Ninh People's Committee assigned the Chairman of Que Vo Town People's Committee to check and verify the contents of the press on the issuance of land use right certificates, compensate for the clearance of Ring Road 4 in Yen Gia village, Yen Gia commune, Que Vo town.
Take measures to handle the matter according to regulations, while clarifying the nature of the incident and objective information about the settlement of land problems during the project's site clearance work.
Previously, the press reported that despite living stably for 30 years, when the Ring Road 4 project passed, many households in Yen Gia village, Bac Ninh were not compensated for land, were not compensated for houses and were not allocated resettlement land.
According to the reporter's research, the construction project of Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region belongs to the group of important national projects, with a total length of 112.8km (including 58.2km through Hanoi, the remaining 9.7km is the route connecting to Hanoi - Ha Long Expressway and the part passing through Hung Yen and Bac Ninh provinces).
The total preliminary investment of the project is 85,813 billion VND.
The Ring Road 4 project of the Capital Region has 35.3km passing through Bac Ninh, including 4 districts and towns: Bac Ninh City, Thuan Thanh Town and Que Vo, Gia Binh District.
Bac Ninh province sets a goal of resolutely completing the entire project in 2025, in accordance with the direction of the Prime Minister when visiting and working in Bac Ninh in September 2024.
In recent times, the locality has accelerated site clearance for the project to ensure progress according to regulations.
