Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan has issued a decision approving the Plan to reduce processing time and compliance costs for 407 administrative procedures with actual transaction records in the province.
According to the approved plan, the settlement time and the cost of compliance with administrative procedures are reduced on average, reaching 43.86%. Some agencies achieve high reduction rate such as Department of Science and Technology, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Health, Department of Education and Training, Department of Justice, Department of Construction.
Detailed reduction plan shows that many steps in the process of handling administrative procedures are significantly shortened. In particular, the one -stop shop receiving the application decreased by 43.02% of the time; Treatment specialists decreased 47.57%; Leaders of treatment rooms decreased by 54.38%; Leaders of handling agencies decreased by 52.49%; Get comments decreased by 32.08%; field testing decreased by 51.91%; The Provincial People's Committee Office handled down 56.19%; The handling letter decreased by 39.95%.
Previously, based on the direction of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, the Provincial People's Committee Office presided over and coordinated with relevant agencies to organize a field review.
Through review, Binh Dinh province currently has 1,848 administrative procedures. Of which, 461 procedures have a resolution of 2 days or more and have many records (accounting for 50.56% of the total number of records); 54 procedures for settlement of the day (accounting for 43.55% of the total number of records); 31 procedures do not specify the settlement time (accounting for 5.89% of the total number of records); The remaining 1,302 administrative procedures do not generate records.
With the approval of a plan to cut 407/461 administrative procedures with arising records, Binh Dinh has reached 88.2% of the number of administrative procedures with reduced processing time and compliance costs.
Notably, the rate of 43.86% reduction has exceeded 13.86% compared to the target assigned by the Government (30%) in Resolution No. 66/NQ-CP dated March 26, 2025 on the Program to cut and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities in 2025 and 2026.
The reduction in time and costs for complying with administrative procedures has contributed significantly to improving the investment and business environment, improving the operational efficiency of state agencies, and creating favorable conditions for people and businesses in the province.
