The head of the Ministry of Home Affairs noted that the entire sector must change its thinking, shift strongly from the stage of building and promulgating institutions to the stage of organizing implementation and law enforcement in practice.

The Minister requested that at this conference, delegates should evaluate objectively, frankly and substantively the results achieved.

It is necessary to look directly at units and localities that have not met the requirements, clearly point out limitations and shortcomings. In particular, it is necessary to deeply analyze the causes, which are subjective causes, and which are objective causes, so that there are radical solutions to overcome them in the second half of 2026," the Minister emphasized.

According to Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Vu Chien Thang, in the first 6 months of the year, salary work has closely followed the socio-economic development situation to promptly advise on perfecting institutions suitable to the actual situation.
