The Ministry of Construction assigns tasks at the one -stop shop

    The Ministry of Construction has just assigned the task of handling administrative procedures to receive and return results at the one -stop shop.

    Minister Tran Hong Minh signed the Decision No. 411/QD-BXD on assigning the task of settling administrative procedures received and returned results at the one-stop department of the Ministry of Construction.

    Accordingly, agencies and units handling administrative procedures shall receive, appraise the dossier and directly sign or submit to the Ministry's leaders to sign the administrative procedure settlement results.

    This Decision takes effect from January 11, 2025 and replaces the Minister of Transport's Decision No. 1816/QD-BGTVT of December 30, 2022, assigning the task of handling administrative procedures at the Ministry of Transport.
