The Ha Tinh Department of Construction has just issued a notice that currently on the Ha Tinh coastal road section passing through Cam Trung and Ky Xuan communes, landslides have occurred, and rocks and positive slopes have overflowed onto the road surface with a large volume, causing traffic congestion in many locations.
In particular, at Km84+700, rocks and soil have blocked the entire road surface, in addition, the surrounding area (Km85+750, Km85+800) has had a very dangerous landslide phenomenon.
To ensure the safety of people and vehicles participating in traffic on the coastal road of Ha Tinh, the Department of Construction announced the diversion and regulation of traffic on the section passing through Cam Trung and Ky Xuan communes.
The flow range is from Km77+300 (the three intersections opposite Cam Trung gas station, intersecting with the inter-commune road of Cam Trung) to Km87+750 (intersecting with National Highway 1 (QL1) connecting Ky Xuan).
The time for traffic diversion and regulation is from November 4 until a new notice from the competent authority or until the diversion is completed.
Previously, as Lao Dong reported, at 4:40 p.m. on November 4, at Km 84+700 of Ha Tinh coastal road in Ky Xuan commune, a landslide occurred, causing a excavator and a truck to overturn.

As a result, Mr. Nguyen Van N (born in 1989, residing in Xuan Thang village, Ky Xuan commune) and Mr. Vo Thanh T (born in 1982, residing in Kim Son village, Ky Xuan commune) were injured.
They are workers who have been clearing landslides and rocks since the morning of the same day to clear the route, but during the work process, the mountain continued to slide, causing accidents.
After the incident, the authorities have directed the temporary suspension of road clearance work when the risk of landslides still occurs, waiting for favorable weather to continue.
