On February 23, at the department of receiving and returning dossier results (Public Administrative Service Center) of An Hai ward (Da Nang City), from early morning, all officials and civil servants were present, immediately starting professional work.
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vuong - Deputy Director of An Hai Ward Public Administrative Service Center - said that the preparation for the first working day of the year has been carried out very early.
Right before the launching day, the Board of Directors inspected all facilities and machinery to be ready to enter the new year. This morning, 100% of officials and civil servants were present on time according to regulations to receive citizens' dossiers," Mr. Vuong affirmed.
Also according to Mr. Vuong, in the first morning of the year, the number of people coming to transact was not as crowded as usual (about 60 to 70 people), but fields such as civil status and document certification still had regular requirements. All procedures were operated smoothly and in accordance with regulations, without making people have to wait long.
Sharing the same high determination, in Thang Dien commune (Da Nang city), the working atmosphere is also maintained with discipline and order.
Mr. Truong Cong Son - Chairman of Thang Dien Commune People's Committee - said that officials at the "One-Stop Shop" department started receiving citizens from 7 am. "This morning, procedures for marriage registration, land papers and other requests of people were directly received and processed immediately by officials. Although the number of visitors on the first day of the year is still small, we always ensure personnel at all locations to serve people in the best way," Mr. Son shared.
On the same morning, Chairman of the City People's Committee Pham Duc An visited, wished Tet and encouraged the City Public Administrative Service Center.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee sent New Year greetings to all officials and employees of the Center; acknowledged the spirit of proactiveness and seriousness to return to work right from the first day of the year, ensuring smooth reception and resolution of administrative procedures for people and businesses.
