On the afternoon of December 11, at the 5th session of the 10th term of the Da Nang City People's Council, delegates voted with a high approval rate, officially approving the Resolution regulating the payment of additional income for cadres, civil servants, and public employees (CBCCVC) in the city.
Specifically, civil servants who have excellently completed their tasks will receive an income increase of 0.5 times the salary according to the rank, level, position/person/month. The corresponding allowance is 0.3 times for those who complete the task well and 0.1 time for those who complete the task.
CBCCVC classified as having completed their tasks well or better will receive no less than 1.5 million VND/person/month, and no less than 500,000 VND/person/month for those who have completed their tasks.
With the assessment of excellent task completion, the average additional increase for city cadres and civil servants is 4.75 million VND/person/month; civil servants increased by 4.38 million VND/person/month; and cadres, civil servants and public employees in associations assigned by the Party and the State increased by 4.18 million VND/person/month.
For the level of Good completion of tasks, on average, the city's cadres and civil servants will receive an additional VND 2.85 million/person/month; civil servants will receive an additional VND 2.63 million/person/month; and the group of cadres in the associations assigned to the task will receive an additional VND 2.51 million/person/month.
In case of Completion of tasks, the average additional increase for cadres and civil servants is 0.95 million VND/person/month; cadres increase by 0.88 million VND/person/month; and the group of cadres in the associations assigned to the task increases by 0.84 million VND/person/month.
