    At 12:18 on September 2, during a patrol at Km28, National Highway 20, the working group of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department (PC08), Dong Nai Provincial Police, discovered a woman with signs of critical health.

    The person in the accident was identified as Ms. H.T.H.D (33 years old, residing in Ho Chi Minh City).

    At the time of discovery, Ms. D was being carried by relatives to a car parked on the side of the road, in a state of convulsions and loss of consciousness.

    In the face of an emergency situation, the working group quickly cleared the road and coordinated with local people to support the victim's taken to the Medical Center of La Nga commune, Dong Nai province for timely emergency care.
