On April 13, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PC07), the police of Dak Lak province, said that in Lak district, there was a firefighter of stilt houses, causing significant damage to the property of the people.
Earlier, at about 16h on 11.4, PC07 room received a notice of the Rong house fire at Mr. Y Thong Uong's house (SN 1983) and Mr. Y Tlan Hlong (SN 1962), residing in Buon Ju, Bong Krang commune, Lak district.
Immediately afterwards, the unit mobilized 1 command vehicle, 2 fire trucks and 15 officers and soldiers to quickly arrived at the scene to coordinate with local forces to participate in extinguishing the fire.
At about 5:15 p.m. the same day, the fire was completely controlled and extinguished, promptly preventing the risk of spreading to neighboring areas.
The fire did not cause any human casualties, however, the two stilt houses and many properties inside were burned down, the estimated damage was about 94 million VND.
The original cause was determined by the incident of electrical equipment system.
