The actual records of the reporter show that the road connecting Group 2 - Group 3 (Trung Khanh town, Trung Khanh district, Cao Bang province) is 284.16m long, with a cross-section of 22.5m, with a total investment of 10 billion VND.
Most of the land area for the road construction is rice fields. Up to now, about 200m of the road has been basically completed, and a lighting system has been installed.

However, due to problems in site clearance (GPMB), the project has not been completed. Some households have not yet handed over the site, causing construction to stall.
Currently, there is no longer any shadow of vehicles or construction workers at the construction site. This area also does not have signs or project information boards as usual.
Some construction items are unfinished. The drainage system is not yet complete, many sections of the iron abutments have rusted, construction materials are lying around on both sides of the road. The prolonged construction has significantly affected the daily lives of local people.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc, a resident of Trung Khanh town, shared: "This road section connects Group 2 to the district center double road. When completed, it will be very convenient, without having to go around anymore. But the construction is too long, the road is bad, there are many potholes, making it very difficult for vehicles to travel".
According to research, this is one of the key infrastructure projects of Trung Khanh town in the period of 2020-2025.
Speaking to reporters on May 3, Mr. Hoang Van Su - Vice Chairman of Trung Khanh Town People's Committee - said that the project has been implemented for about 3 years, but due to problems with site clearance, it has not been completed.

"There is currently a household with the largest area of land that has not been handed over, but this household has signed a commitment. They are building a new business location, and when it is completed, they will relocate and hand over the site, said Mr. Su.
