During the implementation process, it is necessary to report to the competent authority for comments when problems arise.
The project has a total estimated investment of nearly 900 billion VND, built on a total area of 6.64 hectares in Trung Vuong ward, Thai Nguyen city. The current period is 4 years, from the date of selection of the investor.
According to the design, the walking street is over 330m long and over 52m wide. In addition, it also includes a commercial housing project in the mid-range and high-end segments, expected to have 6 floors with about 174 apartments, with a 1.9ha basement for parking space and a commercial service area.
This is a key project, reaching the turn of the century in the province, not only helping to improve the urban appearance but also creating public space to serve people and tourists. Contributing to promoting local economy, culture and tourism.
