Previously, in the issue dated December 29, 2025, Lao Dong Newspaper had an article, Bac Ninh: Teachers reflect being delayed in paying overtime teachers' salaries, reflecting the fact that many teachers at Chu Secondary School (Chu ward, Bac Ninh province) were delayed in paying overtime teachers' salaries for the 2024-2025 school year. They said that they had repeatedly reported the incident to the school board of directors but had not received a satisfactory answer.
According to the provisions of Circular No. 21/2025 of the Ministry of Education and Training, overtime teaching salaries must be paid at the end of the school year, which is at least half a year late according to regulations.
