Comrade Le Minh Tri: During the term of the 13th Party Congress, the work of preventing and combating corruption, wastefulness, and negativity under the leadership of the Party, directly the Politburo and the Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, and Negativity led by the General Secretary, continued to be led and directed resolutely, persistently, comprehensively, methodically, with major breakthroughs, achieving many important results.
Corruption, wastefulness, and negativity are gradually being curbed, prevented, and pushed back, contributing to building the Party and political system to become increasingly clean and strong. It can be seen that the fight against corruption, wastefulness, and negativity has been trusted and supported by the people and has become a strong movement; to date, not only at the central level but also in many localities, it has been done well.
Discipline and order within the Party and control of power are increasingly strengthened, and both Party discipline, State administrative discipline, and criminal handling have been handled synchronously.
