The clip was posted by Facebook account Nguyen Huyen, recording the sharing of a woman who introduced herself as a "mental teacher" traveling by private car for more than 2,000km from Ha Giang to Nha Trang.
According to the clip, at around 11pm on June 24, this person drove a car to the Nha Trang Night Market and April 2 Square (Nha Trang Ward, Nha Trang City) to visit and walk.
The woman said that when she parked her car with nearly 20 other cars, she was stopped by the traffic police.
At that time, she was not in the car, so the traffic police took measures to lock the wheel and put the notice of violation on the car. When she returned, she claimed to be the driver of the vehicle and was invited to the police station to work.
In the clip, this person shared a feeling of confusion, "fear" and said that he no longer dared to go to Nha Trang by private car. At the same time, she also blamed the lack of anyone to guide and remind tourists about suitable parking spaces when visiting April 2 Square and Nha Trang Night Market.
The Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Province Police has provided specific information about the incident. Accordingly, at 10:15 on June 24, a working group of the Traffic Police Department was performing traffic control duties on Tran Phu Street (in front of 2/4 Square) when they discovered a vehicle stopping and parking in violation of regulations at a location with a no-parking sign.
After determining that the driver was not present at the scene, the patrol team took professional measures to handle the violation in accordance with regulations.
When the driver returned, the working group invited him to work, clearly explaining the driver's violation and responsibility in complying with traffic signs.
The Traffic Police Department said that after listening and recording the violator as a tourist coming to Nha Trang for the first time, the working group did not make a record of administrative fines, but only reminded and propagated traffic laws.
This is to demonstrate the spirit of friendship, contributing to building the image of a civilized and safe tourist destination.
However, the clip was later posted on social media, attracting tens of thousands of views and causing many mixed opinions.
