    According to Hanoi City Police, during the implementation process, if there are changes, the Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police will have a further notice.

    As previously reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, in Hanoi, starting from March 1, 2025, the task of organizing examinations, granting car driving licenses; receiving documents for changing and reissuing driving licenses, granting international driving licenses... will be assigned to the Road Motor Vehicle Driving Examination and granting licenses Team (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police).

    In addition, according to information from the Traffic Police Department - Ministry of Public Security, in addition to changing the organizing unit, the new thematic set has been comprehensively improved in content and structure to improve the quality of output and end the situation of learning to deal with, learning tips, "pulling" as before.
