Dak Lak has just issued an official dispatch requesting departments, branches, localities and investors to focus highly on site clearance, relocation of technical infrastructure and construction of Component Project 3 of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Phase 1.
According to the direction, the Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units to urgently remove obstacles in compensation, resettlement support, and handling of land clearance (GPMB) problems in Vu Bon, Tan Tien, Ea Knuoc, Ea Ning, and Ea Ktur communes.
In particular, it is necessary to completely resolve about 10 hectares of additional land with the re-encroachment situation and propose resettlement.
In cases of intentional delay, the Provincial People's Committee assigned localities to coordinate with the Police to develop a construction protection plan to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
For the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, the key task is to coordinate with the Land Registration Office and localities to complete legal documents, extracts, compensation plans, and submit specific land price appraisal; at the same time, urgently relocate the 500kV power line system to serve the project.
Regarding the construction organization, the Provincial People's Committee requested the investor to direct contractors to work with the intensity of 3 shifts and 4 teams, focusing on overcoming the slow progress in packages 1 and 3.
Important items such as asphalt concrete pavement, traffic safety, bridges, underpasses, and sewer systems must be accelerated to ensure quality and safety of the project.
In parallel, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to study current regulations, urgently guide, agree on the handover and management process of the landfill, and report before October 15.
The Department of Construction, as a specialized state management agency, must regularly inspect, supervise, urge investors and contractors, and resolutely handle any delays.
Component project 3 of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Phase 1 has a total length of nearly 48.09 km. The total investment is VND 6,165 billion, decided on investment policy in Resolution 58/2022/QH15, dated June 16, 2022 of the National Assembly.
