Thanks to information sent to the phone number of the Director of the Traffic Police Department, Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police) discovered and handled a truck carrying salt that seriously violated the regulations on load.
The truck with license plate 37H-089.xx transporting salt from Dong Ward, Ninh Hoa to the northern provinces has been monitored by the authorities and requested to stop for inspection at Km1416 National Highway 1.
Through inspection, the vehicle violated the permitted overload by 133.75%.
The patrol team has drawn up a record of the violation, requested the driver to unload and store the goods in accordance with regulations.
According to the Traffic Police Department, after nearly a week of announcing the phone number to receive reports of traffic safety violations from the Director, on average, this agency receives more than 250 messages and nearly 200 calls per day.
