Currently, the contractor is Traffic Construction Corporation 8 - JSC, which is carrying out the excavation and embankment of the roadbed.

For the route connecting Km0 of the inter-regional road to National Highway 32, it belongs to "package No. 60: Construction of the extended road". According to the reporter's investigation, on April 22, the Investor, the Phu Tho Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, publicly posted a notice of bidding for this package.
According to the announcement, Package No. 60: Construction of the extended road under the Contractor Selection Plan (phase 11) of the inter-regional road project. This construction package is priced at nearly 99 billion VND, with the bid closing date on May 12, 2025.
In the coming time, after the results of contractor selection, the contractor will construct a road connecting from Km0 of the inter-regional road in Lam Son commune (intersecting with National Highway 32 at Km81+380) along Provincial Road 315 through Van Xuan commune and Huong Non commune (through the Ho Chi Minh Road overpass), then connecting with National Highway 32 in the Tam Nong District Medical Center area, only about 400m from Phong Chau bridge.
