On November 11, Dak Lak Power Company said that the whole province had 372,521 out of a total of 392,285 customers who lost power due to the storm whose power sources were restored, reaching a rate of 95%.
The continuous efforts of thousands of electricity officers and workers have brought light to the majority of people, despite 13 incidents on the power line and 299 distribution transformer stations facing difficulties.
These incidents account for 2.8% of the company's total transformer stations and 9.1% of the eastern region.

In the context of natural disasters, nearly 1,000 employees and dozens of specialized vehicles have been mobilized.
Many workers had to work in the rain and wind, climbing high hills to reconnect power lines and erect fallen power poles.
In low-lying areas, especially in the eastern part of the province, many electric poles were broken and the power line system was broken.
Technical forces have been submerged in water for many hours to fix the problem, determined to restore power as quickly as possible to the people.
To date, 34/34 communes and wards in the eastern region have been restored to power; the number of customers with power outages is only 19,764, equivalent to 2.1% of the total number of customers in the company.

Mr. Tran Van Thuan, Director of Dak Lak Power Company, said that the remaining locations are mainly in deeply flooded areas such as Song Cau ward, Dong Xuan commune and some eastern areas.
Dak Lak Power Company is mobilizing maximum human resources and means, striving to complete the power restoration caused by storm No. 13 today.
According to Mr. Thuan, with the support of the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) and local authorities, the Dak Lak electricity industry is focusing all its efforts to soon completely restore power sources in the area.
