First of all, it can be mentioned that the Y Ty tourism subdivision investment project is located in Sa Pa National Tourist Area, part of Group B Project; is a level IV traffic project with a length of 4 km. The starting point of the route is at Km36+500, the end point of the route is at Km40+500 Provincial Road 158.
The project is invested by the People's Committee of Bat Xat district with a total investment of 80 billion VND, of which the investment capital from the central budget with targeted support for the period 2021-2025 is 72 billion VND; the concentrated budget for the period 2021-2025 is 8 billion VND.


The project started construction in 2022. The unit in charge of the road construction is Hoang Nguyen Construction Investment Company Limited.
Also leading to this mountainous tourist commune is the project to renovate and upgrade the Ban Xeo - Den Sang - Y Ty road with a total length of 33.58 km, starting at the Can Ty intersection, ending at the intersection with Trinh Tuong - Y Ty road.
Based on the existing old road, the upgrading and expansion of the route is designed to ensure the scale of a grade V mountainous road. The minimum roadbed width is 6.5m; the road surface width is 3.5m, paved with asphalt concrete; the sidewalk width is 3m.
The project has a total investment of 200 billion VND from the central and local budgets.
The Bat Xat District Construction Investment Project Management Board is the investor's representative, starting construction in early 2022, the contractor is XD Cao Minh Company Limited.


To implement this project, there are 316 households (144 households of Sang Temple, 98 households of Sang Ma Sao, 63 households of Muong Hum, 11 households of Ban Xeo) and 5 organizations related to site clearance. The total area of recovered land is 781,423m2.
On March 18, according to the reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper on these routes, despite the weather conditions of heavy fog and cold, some workers and machines still wore raincoats to carry out the construction of the drainage system to soon put the project into use.
Ms. Sung Thi Hoa (Y Ty commune) shared: "Having been invested in renovation and upgrading in Bat Xat district and Lao Cai province, travel is now much more convenient. We also hope that traffic projects in the commune will soon be put into use to develop trade, and many tourists will come because the roads are easier to travel".
According to Mr. Vu Van Sinh - Director of the Bat Xat District Construction Investment Project Management Board, the route of the Y Ty tourism subdivision investment project in Sa Pa National Tourist Area with an investment capital of 80 billion VND is 4 km long, and has now completed 3/4 km.
The Ban Xeo - Den Sang - Y Ty road project was once stuck with site clearance, but basically it has now been cleared almost. The investor is urging the contractor to quickly construct to put the road into use.
"The traffic routes in Bat Xat district, invested by us, are expected to be basically completed by June 30, 2025," Mr. Vu Van Sinh added.
