Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued Decision No. 2399/QD-UBND dated May 13, 2025 approving the plan and location of the road connecting Chien Thang Street to Nguyen Xien - Xa La Street, scale 1/500 in Thanh Liet and Tan Trieu communes, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi city.
Accordingly, the plan and location of the road connecting Chien Thang Street to Nguyen Xien - Xa La Street, scale 1/500, prepared by the Hanoi Institute of Construction Planning, approved by the Department of Planning and Architecture in the communes of Thanh Liet and Tan Trieu, Thanh Tri District.
The direction in accordance with the planning of H2-3 urban subdivision, the rate of 1/2000 has been approved by the City People's Committee in Decision No. 6665, specifically: the first point of the route intersects with the planning route 15m (Point 1); At the end of the route intersection with the Nguyen Xien-La route (Point 4); The route length is about 0.9km.
This is the main road in the area with a cross-section of 25m, the cross-section component includes a 15.0m wide 4-lane roadway, and 2x5m wide sidewalks on both sides.
The planning heart passes through points 1, 2, 3 ..., 4 is determined by the coordinates, combined with the specifications and conditions directly recorded in the drawing. Red boundaries are determined on the basis of the planning road, cross -sectional cross section, specifications, control conditions determined in the drawing, ensuring the joints to the red line boundary provided in the area. The intersections on the route according to the determined planning are equal.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to confirm the plan documents and location of the road connecting Chien Thang Street to Nguyen Xien - Xa La Street, at a scale of 1/500 in accordance with the content of the Decision.
Thanh Tri District People's Committee presides over and coordinated with the Department of Planning and Architecture and relevant units to organize the announcement, hand over the plans and location of the route from the victory road to Nguyen Xien - Xa La Street, the 1/500 scale approved by the City People's Committee to the People's Committee of Thanh Liet and Tan Trieu communes to manage construction planning along the two sides of the route. Deploying the boundary of the route according to the planning simultaneously with the implementation of land acquisition and site clearance to avoid wasting and overlapping.
Thanh Tri District People's Committee, Thanh Liet and Tan Trieu communes are responsible for organizing the management of boundary markers and construction order of works along both sides of the road according to the approved red line and boundary markers. Inspect and handle violations of planning according to authority and regulations of law.
