At about 6:57 a.m. on November 21, on route 101A, the bus with license plate 29B-207.46, traveling from Van Dinh to Giap Bat, when arriving at the Phu Xuyen Commune People's Committee stop, a student passenger on the bus suddenly fainted. Immediately, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tung, a bus attendant, and some passengers promptly assisted the victim, but he was still unconscious.
Immediately afterwards, Mr. Tung and driver Cao Xuan Duc reported to the route management department to ask for permission for the vehicle to turn around to take the victim to Phu Xuyen General Hospital for timely emergency care.
