On November 20, units are speeding up the construction of construction package No. 3 of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project, the section passing through the former Binh Duong province.
The construction project is nearly 9km long, from Binh Chuan intersection to Saigon River. Notably, in this section, there is a section of the overpass over National Highway 13. This is an important part of the project. The implementation of an overpass across National Highway 13 is an optimal solution for smooth traffic on both routes.
According to records, this section has completed 318 bored piles 100%) and completed 38/40 piers of piers.
Units are urgently completing the beam casting and installation of beams on the overpass. The construction contractor has installed a girder from the intersection of Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street to near National Highway 13, about 1km long.
At the National Highway 13 intersection, the units are completing the piers. At the same time, install an overpass girder and pour concrete on the bridge surface.
Regarding the construction progress of the entire construction package No. 3, up to now, the construction volume has reached over 280 billion VND over 490.9 billion VND, reaching a rate of over 56% compared to the contract implementation volume.
According to the Binh Duong Province Traffic Construction Project Management Board, this construction package No. 3 started in February 2024, the construction period according to the contract is 960 days. It is expected that the overpass and road section will be completed in September 2026.
