According to the report, up to now, the Department has coordinated with the Cooperative Union to propagate to 100 members and workers. 7,500 propaganda leaflets were printed and distributed to workers at enterprises in the province.
The purpose of the training courses is to disseminate knowledge of labor law, ensuring compliance and full implementation of the rights and obligations of employees and employers.
The main participants of the classes are workers and employees at enterprises in the province. The content of the dissemination revolves around issues related to the Labor Code, policies on social insurance, health insurance, propaganda, dissemination, legal education and answers to questions about salary regimes and labor contract signing.
The propaganda content is selective, focused, not spread out, the propaganda methods are flexibly combined to suit each labor group and type of business.
Through propaganda sessions, the awareness of agencies, organizations, employees and employers about the importance and necessity of labor law education has had certain changes, especially at the local level.
From there, it creates a strong change in the awareness of law compliance of union members and workers, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations, improving the ability to protect workers' rights and continuing to affirm the role and position of the Trade Union organization in the new period.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Diep - Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Hoa Binh province said: "In order to effectively propagate, disseminate and educate the law to workers and laborers, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of the province and trade unions at all levels have constantly innovated the content and form of propaganda by integrating training conferences, agency meetings and grassroots trade union establishment sessions.
In particular, the unit implementing legal education and dissemination has also studied the characteristics of each target group, thereby building appropriate propaganda methods, further expanding the model of popularizing education and law in enterprises throughout the province, so that the law is truly a tool for state management and social management.
According to Mr. Diep, in the coming time, the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs will focus on building a team of officials doing propaganda work who are knowledgeable about legal policies and have good professional skills. At the same time, continue to innovate content and methods, focusing on the grassroots to gradually raise legal awareness for union members, employees and employers.
