The Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and People's Committees of districts and Gia Nghia city to urgently review and complete outstanding tasks before June 30.
If there is a delay or omission of tasks, they will be responsible to the Provincial People's Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and relevant agencies.
Based on practical practice and Central regulations, the Provincial People's Committee requests relevant units to review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to propose the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to organize the 15th thematic session.
This session is scheduled to take place before June 20 to handle urgent issues under the authority of the Provincial People's Council.
The Department of Finance is assigned to complete the draft report, submission, and resolution to advise the People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council at the 10th Regular Session, ensuring quality before the apparatus of the two levels of government is put into operation.
For any content that has sufficient documents, the Department of Finance shall advise the Provincial People's Committee to register additional documents to submit to the People's Council at the 15th thematic session.
In addition, the Department of Finance is responsible for synthesizing a plan to handle public assets in the context of a two-level local government model, avoiding waste and ensuring compliance with regulations.
